2021 Grand Final: Panthers V Souths

I think for his own personal development and mental health, the bulldogs should release Pangai from his contract next season so he can stay at Penrith and continue his development!

2021 Grand Final: Panthers V Souths

Ivan has been beaten Bennett 5 out of the last 6 games they have played against each other

    2021 Preliminary Semifinal V Storm

But we would be even more screwed if we lost Api early to a HIA or injury.

    2021 Preliminary Semifinal V Storm

It’s a huge risk though, if Api goes off with a HIA or injury. No coaches are going 4 forwards on the bench any more. The Storm have chosen 2 utilities. We can’t go in with none.

    2021 Preliminary Semifinal V Storm

Leota went missing last week against the Eels pack, which he has done a couple of times this season when other teams forwards have turned up to try and play us through the middle. So may not be that big a loss, as the Storm will be trying to dominate the middle early In the game. We need more...

    2021 Preliminary Semifinal V Storm

The Sydney media like to run articles about the Storm cheating tactics around finals time every year, and the Storm whine bout it every year. As there are no quotes, I would be very surprised if anyone at Penrith made quotes to the media about it this week.

    2021 Preliminary Semifinal V Storm

I guess they could play Sorensen as the 2nd row bench cover, and bring in Leniu to play middle instead of Sorensen.

    2021 Preliminary Semifinal V Storm

From Nathan’s comments today, looks like it is definitely May in and Kenny out for next week. Kikau is a chance to play, with Nathan describing it as a little ankle complaint. In the same article they quote Brandy as saying To’o will be right to play against the Storm...

    2021 Preliminary Semifinal V Storm

May in for Kenny. To’o in for Naden. Are the only changes I can see Ivan making. I feel sorry for Naden after his great game last night, especially with how well he went under the high ball. But it would be a worry to move him to the right against the Storm left edge attack.

    Panthers v Parra

I was actually disappointed in Leota last night. Having sat out the Souths game and being the fresh man in, I was expecting him to really rip in to the Parra pack. But he made just 16 metres in his first stint and finished with only 58 for the match. The player I think deserves praise though...

    Panthers v Parra

Agree with you there. We lost the middle last week and lost the game. JFH was really disappointing. We need a huge game from him tonight to set the benchmark for the other forwards. The Panthers gave him time off to fly back home and be with his wife and baby. He needs to repay that tonight.

    Panthers v Parra

Couldn’t you of spared your negative diatribe until after the game rather than just before it? I can just see you cheering on the Eels in secret tonight just so you can come on here and sprout more of your negative shit

    Panthers v Parra

Ha. I have to agree with you re the Storm if we lose. I know too many annoying Eels and Souths fans, so couldn’t stand their gloating if they win the grand final

    Panthers v Parra

Well said mate. That deserves to win post of the month!
  15. C

    Panthers v Parra

Ha. I thought you were being sarcastic! I think I’ve gotten too used to reading all the negative diatribe of some posters on here!
  16. C

    Panthers v Parra

Hmmm...not bad then hey considering we had a choker and shit coach leading the team.
  17. C

    Panthers v Parra

Mate, some of us on here can be rational and judge him on his current results. I personally don’t give a f**k what he did years ago at the Warriors or the Tigers.
  18. C

    Panthers v Parra

His creative differences were with Griffin, not Cleary, he had resigned at the Panthers until they asked him to stay and sacked Griffin instead. His close mate Fitzgibbon offered him an assistant coaching role at the Sharks for next season. He lives in that area, so had the chance to save over...

    Panthers v Parra

And he is 71 years old, so any team that hires him isn’t really planning towards the future

    Panthers v Parra

Is that the same Bennett who has lost 5 out of the last 6 games to Ivan?
