    I haven't been following this closely, and thought the IC was already formed. If it has taken them this long and the IC isn't already up and running, I'd hate to see how long it takes them to actually decide on something once it is formed, or the outcome of that decision for that matter.

    This was the first article on a news site I've ever bothered to comment on. It was of course negative towards the DT and the writer, no surprises it wasn't published. It seems they only publish drivel in their comment section also.
