    Looking at the state the game was in pre-PVL; I don’t think 30 years is that slow in the end. Greenberg had basically over-inflated head office and the NRL was bleeding money in departments it didn’t need…. They weren’t even in a position to bring in 1 new team; let alone another 4 in 10 years...

The most likely would be the Roosters given the pathway teams they’ve established there and they’ve been taking games to Gosford every year for ages...

    Yeah, this is why a Hawaiian team would need to be part of a restructured USARL rather than part of the Aus game. Logistical nightmare otherwise. On another note, the bears have already signalled their intentions for the US.
