    Well let’s hope that all clubs have the opportunity. The worst thing that could happen is certain clubs getting favourable treatment and creating a schism from that.

    The one that sounds drunk all the time is probably the key one. Nevertheless, he can put pressure on Fox or whomever to say he is not happy but he can’t actually remove them can he. They are not employees of the NRL, they are employees of News Limited, Fairfax et al.

    I wouldn’t think that Melbourne is completely off the table. They would have the money to do it and they have a bigger stadium. I don’t think Perth would work, not with NZ in the competition and a viewing market. It would have to be an afternoon grand final for one

    If it’s Perth PNG & NZ, then what order will NRL choose?

    In its place you could choose a 3rd Kiwi side, another Brisbane side or heck even Adelaide. All of those options would be more secure than a PNG side. But a Perth and another NZ side would be a meatloaf for me.
