    I think smart coaches react their player's psychology - Sowie is a typical example of a confidence player. You can either tell them to "man up" or put in a system to get them back up and running.

    I often think that when I read about Ben Hunt receiving criticism. I mean, all the criticism seems to be coming from the media - the forums are actually quite positive about him.
