    A ‘ let’s get behind our team ‘ thread .

Typical. Wrong thread mate. Anyways where were we? How good was piggy at his best. Sheer force of will won that game. Taking the tap for the try. And then the audacity to go for goal.

    Finals Week One

Judging by his press conference: Widdop is definite Lomax has no chance Nightly probably on the bench. This is based purely on his tone of voice.

    OT - Overrated Bands

Some bands can just take you to another place. Like, the other day I was in a cafe and the Eagles came on the radio. So, I went to another cafe.

Actually, yeah I remember thinking that at the time (now you remind me)

    Finals Week One

I had no problem with that decision to go for 2 - it was straight in front of the posts. Would tie up the game. And hopefully get Lomax into a kicking groove. Just because he missed doesn’t make the original decision incorrect. What I find funny is that the knights also turned down a kick at...

    Finals Week One

Agree. Broncos have been a flawed team all year. Yeah they smashed Manly yesterday, but Manly was still getting very easy yards in the second half. I just can't see us defending their left side attack.

Is St George Illawarra Still A Joint Venture Club

This forum proves how effective it is to leak info to the press. Go back and read the article again. TSE say they offered exactly 10m plus a loan to the Steelers. WIN reportedly paid 10m - but TSE is claiming it was a lot less...5m less. Not sure how that works because it doesn’t even...

Is St George Illawarra Still A Joint Venture Club

FMD - you don’t see that sentence very often around here! I also misssed this obvious point - and so did the smh now I think about it.

Is St George Illawarra Still A Joint Venture Club

Well, WIN already heavily sponsor the Dragons through ground naming rights. Not sure what benefit there is to this guy Smith for entering into a TPA. The three teams above - roosters, broncos, storm have high profile players who are very marketable. Slater, Thaiday, etc You need to be...

Cronulla home crowds aren't even that good this year... 11,836 Rugby League NRL: Sharks v Knights 12,270 Rugby League NRL: Sharks v Cowboys 13,273 Rugby League NRL: Sharks v Sea Eagles 10,016 Rugby League NRL: Sharks v Raiders 14,587 Rugby League NRL: Sharks v Broncos 13,093 Rugby League NRL...

Is St George Illawarra Still A Joint Venture Club

This Smith guy sounds AMAZING: "Smith mightn’t have the public profile of the Gordon family but he is highly regarded in the world of sports business. Apart from growing up and now living on the South Coast, as well as being a life-long Dragons fan, he would’ve brought decades of expertise to...
