    Wigan vs Hull in Wollongong

I also saw a player squirt half a drink container of his drink on the ball before kicking off after a try.

Count down to Wollongong: the Poms (and French) are coming

I agree. The whole package, fans, , singing, stadium music, attacking style etc was far beyond anything any NRL cub can offer for a match day experience. It was awesome. Really really awesome.

Count down to Wollongong: the Poms (and French) are coming

Lol My point is, if sport is about an entertaining match day experience, the SL match with its crazy attacking style combined with its singing passionate fans is far more entertaining than most NRL matches.

    Wigan vs Hull in Wollongong

It was great fun. The Hull fans really brought some noise. WIN Stadium has probably never seen anything like that before

Count down to Wollongong: the Poms (and French) are coming

I was at the game last night. I’ve been to 100s of NRL games and that SL game had a better atmosphere than every one of those NRL matches. The Hull fans could really make some noise. In fact it had a better atmosphere than any match, in any sport, I’ve ever been to in Australia involving...

First time visit: Where to park in Wollongong?

Hello, I’m looking for some advice. I’m visiting Wollongong for the Super League game and my wife says she has booked accommodation around 30 minutes to the South (I forget the name of the place). We will have kids with us too. Where is the best place to park when we head in for the game...

    Women's NRL

It’d be a shame if they play these games before the men as the crowds will be tiny. I’d prefer them to be standalone at a smaller stadium with free entry for season ticket holders of the clubs involved. First in best dressed for seats too

    Sport Accord recognition

In Italy there are two governing bodies. One has links to RU, the rebel body World Rugby League and has government support and the other is independent and linked to the RLIF. The body linked to the RLIF can now go to the government and say they now have recognition by the GAISF. Clubs in the...
