    I think it is time to introduce him to the test team. Smith, Lab and home town Warner means we have a quality top order and Paine might have one season left. Best to play him now with some form and experience around him than next year with potentially an inexperienced lower middle order.

    He is better if guys like JFH and etc lay a platform for him yes but then that shows Kikau does need others to do the hard work which the thread itself alludes to. Compare him to his opposite Kaufusi who runs great attacking lines but will also do the ugly work.

    If quality coaching affects the NRL more than the AFL then doesn't that allude to the NRL being more tactical, not less...

    The capacity is 40k for the grand final in Sydney..... Sorry but who cares what the AFL does, the NRL is the least compromised of the two competitions.

    I can separate playing ability and his conduct on the field. He has total control over games. I mean he took the Storm to a grand final with Brodie Croft at 7.

    Kikau has the luxury of playing behind a great set of middles. In a side without that go forward then he would have to make more tough runs. Doesn't make him a bad player just that he has got it good right now.

    Not sure how accurate your numbers are but if Broncos end up paying a significant sum for Bird to play elsewhere, take it as them wanting to move Bird on just as much as Bird wanting out, I'm sure they wouldn't be paying out of the goodness of their heart.

    Any sane person with an option in their favour would do the same thing. It's in the Broncos court now, they gave him the contract if they don't want him they should do the work.

    Healy was a shocker for that. Worse than Blocker to be fair. Thanks for reminding me of horrible times. That and it taking about 5-10 years before Healy said anything positive about Gilly.

    I think thats the problem with the Dally Ms. To be fair I think Yeo has been the Panthers best all year, Papalii for the Raiders and Paulo for the Eels but that is just my opinion. Lesser names who play well seem to not poll as well as they deserve.
