    Anyway though, the fact remains that being only 8 mins into the second half to make a decision that could potentially castrate a team without consulting the video ref was AMATURISH! in the last year of NRL there have been 5 send off's... 3 have been from simpkins...

    He didn't... he made a point that the NRL expects him to help promote the game and speak to the media, but then when he is in the middle of a heated emotional match they throw a mike under his nose and expect him to be diplomatic... He did reiterate after the match in the post match press...

    Go and shoot yourself in the head now if you think EA should be doing NRL... EA have had 3 shots at Rugby Union so far and only recently have they been close to getting it right! Rugby 2005 was a decent game, but it was still VERY far from the complete package (you can't even offload FFS?!?!?!)...

    The game is gonna kick arse fella's, don't worry about that! They have weta doing Mo-Cap, Vossy back for the best commentary in any sports game IMHO, they have a wealth of attacking and defensive options and the passing system (I'd imagine or at least hope) will have been heavily improved over...

    Ricky is obviously a good coach mate, otherwise he wouldn't have the success rate he's got. Making a couple bad or amaturish decisions doesn't make him a bad one.     totally agree! After the carnage left on walker's wing in 2003 I simply CANNOT believe he started him in last years GF! That was just bad coaching from ricky plain and simple!

    Carlos played quite alot of league in his earlier career in NZ and said in an interview once that in some ways he liked it more than union because you get more ball and better space... He's definately got the skills for league and he'd be a great lift for the warriors.

    I can honestly say that there is no bigger cat than Chris Walker... He won't even attempt a tackle if he has to do it alone and he never marks his f**ken wing! 3 GF the roosters have made and the last 2 were lost due to tries down his end!

    Have to agree with everyone else on this... That shouldn't have been given as a try. Daley was just calling it like it was mate, if you want to get rid of someone from the RL scene, then it has to be Fatty! That guy is worse than Phil Gould!

    There are decent arguments both ways here, but look at it from Bennetts perspective: The team he had last year thrashed the lions with a 40 point onslaught in the first half and as such will know each others game to a resonable extent... if he were to pick on current form, he would be stuck with...
