    Parra are in the 8!!!

Take note of our defense tonight people!

The young guns need their own thread

Exactly, he was portrayed by posters as a weak tackler. Any half decent football poster would've seen this as BS as he is no worse then Tahu and other centres. He has a copy book tackling style. Reminds me of a hooker we had in 2001 and now at Souths..........

    Depth

Hmmm, I thought he was ok and on the road to improvement. Sure he would've found it hard to make firsts with Benny & Tahu but i think the guy copped alot of slack which wasn't deserved. Good to see him go well, i knew he would come good.

    Team next week

Give Fa'aoso some time also. Sure he made some errors tonight in the wet but i do believe he made some good hitups and will play better on a dry track. Inu, what a gun!

    Parra are in the 8!!!

Long way to go. We have the depth to challenge this year, however continuity is very important. Great win tonight. Wish Weyman played for the Eels, gun player.

    Consistent

El Masri is a great player, hardly a freak of an athlete but boy he always takes the right option and no coincidence that teams dont bomb his way anymore as it was useless.

    Depth

We have great depth, if anything we have better this year due to the maturity of our younger players.

The young guns need their own thread

Gotta love the comments from regular posters on this board questioning Inu's tackling? I think they should question their own player judgements as it isn't the first time they have been very wrong. Well done Jakethesnake, people should listen to this bloke and more and less to the other...

    Hire a hitman

Great hit. what about Logan the soft c**k trying to blew him after it, big pile of sh*t he is.

    3,2,1 points v Raiders.

Great game!! 3. T Smith 2. Inu 1. Ian Hindmarsh Sure Nathan scored 2 great tries, but imo Ian made some wonderful hitups and provided a great springboard for our side. Also like to mention Eric Jr, he is a very imoportant member to this side. great also to see Jarad do some good things

Luke Patten is probably the most consistent player in the NRL, i've never seen this bloke have a bad game.

Johns out of tommros Game VS storm

Will if A Johns does retire i'm placing $1000 on the knights for the spoon. Dont be fooled people, they cannot win without Johns, they beat a 12 man bulldogs side and a reserve grade, mistake ridden Dragons outfit, and knowing Brian Smith he'll call up Corey Pearson to take over the halfback...

    My gut feeling tells me....

Wing signed for the Roosters once Souths got the boot, and if remember correctly a very tidy sum indeed aswell as being the hottest young talent in the game at the time.

    My gut feeling tells me....

That was 3 years ago, he was resigned only for a 1 year contract last year, probably more for depth as he is hardly the player he was back when Fittler was playing.

    My gut feeling tells me....

I dunno, but the question is will the Roosters release them to compensate O'Meley...that's if he signs with the Roosters, I think they will.

    My gut feeling tells me....

Sorry mate, Wing made a name for himself before he even played First Grade, then bolted onto the scene with some great try's in the centre/halves position. Finch is a half back imo, however, I doubt he has the ability to create something from nothing, where as Tim Smith does. However I still...

    My gut feeling tells me....

Wing is versatile and can play anywhere. You do remember he started as a half/centre at Souths. I feel since he has been shifted to hooker his form has suffered. And if he's past his best then whats Finch? I'm a coach:?
