as much as i bag him and dislike him Finch was amazing tonight, particularly the 2nd half...i'm pretty devastated right now can't believe we let a 20-0 lead slip like that. Unbelievable...at least the first half gave me hope that we can do something this season though, even though parra made plenty of errors i think we played really well. Someone must tell Utai to contest the high ball...he got embarrased tonight under it

One of the better attitudes compared to other fans.

I think all Bulldogs fans should look at this as 2 games. Alot of good signs for both teams. Hell, I can say that about every game this weekend so far.

Three of the worst halves of football have been played in the first three games - Souths 1st half last night, Parra's 1st half tonight and our second half. Just woeful.

I knew at halftime for some reason we'd fall in a heap and I was proven dreadfully right. A sh*thouse effort from some while others tried with that second half, same looking outfit as last year in that respect. Why Folkes persisted with Mr. Tsoulos when he was shown to be out of his depth is beyond me and surely there's a case now for Ryan to pack into the front row so both Temaari and Williams can start.

It's hard to know how to feel after that match really, a brilliant inspiring 40 followed by a totally hopeless 2nd half. Souths next week should be interesting.

Timmah...I thought Tsoulos was close to your best...way too harsh on him.

Played the first 40 and thought he did really well.

the crowd were cheering everytime cleal was taking a hitup...quickly becoming one of my more liked players. He runs it so hard and he doesn't care if he gets smashed or not.

Tsoulos was OK, but he gave away too many penalties

I saw him as a slug tbh, Cleal was our best prop forward by a mile tbh, and should take the #10 jersey next week.

mickdo - I'd rather choke at the beginning of the year tbh :p

hey timmah, if letting in 3 tries in the 2nd is cause for concern as per your comments about the roosters last night, how about letting in 5??

Of course it's a cause for concern, there's no denying it and I'm well aware of our defensive weaknesses. I might post some dumb sh*te from time to time but I ain't that stupid. ;-)

On a dull day for the 'Dogs our NSW Cup side produced a great win over Penrith feeder Windsor with a 36-18 shellacking.

Parramatta's NSW Cup feeder Wenty fell short of Manly 28-24 at Brookvale.
