The main characteristic is however getting progressively crapper as the years go on.
Parra for some reason have a habit of putting in stinkers once in a while but then at other times they go on big winning streaks. I think its characteristic of Michael Hagan coached teams.

Well a bit early to make that call on Hagan. Newcastle certainly got worse but that 2001 side was pretty damn good. Injuries hit after that.
Only one year at Parra so far.
