As the years went on at Newcastle, Hagan took a very strong squad assembled by the Warren Ryan and turned it into a basket case dominated by two players.

What exactly has that got to do with the argument at hand?

You said Parra have a history of getting worse as the season goes on - what has that got to do with Michael Hagan? And more importantly, what has it got to do with 2007?

Except I didn't. I wrote this.

The main characteristic is however getting progressively crapper as the years go on.

Parra for some reason have a habit of putting in stinkers once in a while but then at other times they go on big winning streaks. I think its characteristic of Michael Hagan coached teams.

See how it was discussing the characteristics of Michael Hagan coached sides? And how I said as the years (plural, not singular) progressed?

Ah I see.

Well a bit early to make that call on Hagan. Newcastle certainly got worse but that 2001 side was pretty damn good. Injuries hit after that.

Only one year at Parra so far.

Anyway, game on.

It wasn't just injuries, it was an awful retention/recruiting policy coupled with letting the players (in particular 1) do whatever they want.
