It was a good preformance by the ref, not great and not faultless but good. He did not favor either side.

On the actually game i thought the Tigers were the better team for the majority of the contest but all credit to the Knights for sticking with them.

I can handle the ref not costing us the game, that is definitely true. That however is ridiculous.

I am sure someone can name some for the Tigers, but naturally as Knights fan I mainly took notice of the ones against us.

- The scrum was stupid, why did they repack? He said out, Tiger's knock on, our ball.
- The knock on by Hodgeson into his other player.
- The Tigers lying all over us in the ruck. One especially in the first half should have been an instant penalty.
- Offiside wasn't too bad, I am sure there were some that weren't called for both sides though.

Don't get me wrong, I am sure the Knights probably got away with something in the game too but those decisions and sometimes lack of decisions stuck out for me.

We were beaten by the better team, our defence was lacking and Wes cost us a few tries imo, but the ref having a good game is something I can't agree with.

Just my opinion..

Tigers were penalised at least twice for off side and Morris was penalised for working in a tackle.

What was the deal with Gus having a cry about Hampstead wearing green?

Yes he did penalise them for certain instances, it only aids my point though. The ones that he did not penalise were more blatant than the ones he did penalise.

Anyway, the better team won fair and square. Like someone else said we missed Hilder and Gidley today :(

Oh and wraps to the tiger's fans, there were a decent amount of them there today. Could actually hear a decent cheer when they scored.

The refs poor decisions directly affected 18 of the the tigers points..in the lead up to the tigers first 2 tries had forward passes...not directly hamsteads fault but as iv advocated on many many occasions its so easy to fix.one touch judge does the 10 m..while the other does passes.
The other was Hodgson going for a bomb...comes forward into his winger and hamstead calls play on...should be knights ball..from the set Benji does his 40-20 and 8 times out of 10 that leads to tries
A try from a bome that bounces directly towards the try line and you know a ball can bounce bloody anywhere...but those things happened..and lead to 18-24 bloody points

Buderus is the forward pass king!

Your logic = Newcastle should lose every game he plays in.

Definately going back to EAS next year... that is a good footy stadium, lucky knights.

Well adjudicated match all in all, and very entertaining. No surprise to see Knoughts fans whinging about imaginary bias, but what would they know.

Tigers are always a great team to watch. Totally outplayed the knoughts, great to see Benji back.

Better side won, stop whinging all you knights fans (not all, just some). If you let a side score 38 points, you deserve to lose.
