Cheers Mick.

1/5 is shocking. I know most were tough ones, but bloody hell a kicker at this level should be doing much better than that.

I'm not TOO disappointed because we are 8th and I would have taken that position at the halfway mark when the season began.

I think the Sharks are destined for bigger things in 2008 than we are, too be honest. Like maybe their first premiership.

What is it with penrith and the last 5 minute flurry in games, they should do it for the full 80mins they would be unstoppable.

It's not until we urgently NEED to score points that they fire up like that.

Would be great if they played with that sort of urgency all game. We'd actually be worthy of a top 8 spot if we did.

Exactly, they need to play urgent all game they seem to do this time and time again they are killing me in my tipping comp at home games this year.

Honestly can't say I am suprised by that result a few good wins against poor opposition gave us and some of our supporters an inflated sense of where we are as a football team.

Better to learn that now and continue to work towards improvement than later when there is no time for it.

I'm still amazed we got so close, literally an upright away from golden point.

IMO it is because of the natural talent some of our players have.

We have some players who if they were 100% commited would be world beaters.

BTW - Go Rodney, great to see my fave player get a try on his return match. Now just to shift him to lock...

Seriously, do the CSSC have any actual songs? Or is it dead set "OooOoOOOooooo" the whole time?

And "Put Your Hands Up for De Gois" doesn't count

Haha they have more than those dogs fans...

Don't worry so would I especially without an actual half back in the side or 5/8 for that matter either.

In that case it would be a while before we can expect to seriously contend for another trophy as whoever is the future halves Wade Graham, Sammut or whoever will need time to mature.

I fully agree. This loss will knock some reality into us. No way did we deserve to win today.

Fairplay to the Sharks, they deserved their win. Their second-phase play execution was brilliant and ours wasn't up to scratch. In the end, that made the difference.

Lesson to be learned from today; Now repeat after me class: "Jarrod Sammut is not a winger!"

I cant believe how many Penalties Priddis gives away each week, the Dragon fans go on about Ryles but what about this bloke. Once Priddis came off the field thats when Penrith got a roll on.
