It'll be interesting to see what Fittler can do do pick the boys up again in time for next week. What do you say? It's okay, you still have your health?

Why is it that Penrith always has to cop backlashes? I fear its the Roosters to take their frustrations out on us next friday, dammit.

Geez, we're still abit of an enigma this year. In between a couple of good winning streaks we've been belted, firstly by the Knights and Dragons, and here today.

And even during those winning streaks i never felt like we were clinical. The only time i felt confident heading into a game this season was the home match against the Raiders and thats simply because the Raiders on the road are a joke.

So im still not at all convinced that we're a top side and the only reason we've got an 8-4 record is because of our awesome forward pack which has managed to roll most sides this year. And when they have we still havent won pretty, scoring most of our tries off kicks.

But like i said the boys up front have been so dominant at times that they've covered up our deficiencies in attack.

And without the likes of Mason, Fity, Myles and Tupou today we've been shellacked. Of the 5 teams with 8-4 records after this round im pretty certain that we along with the Titans look the most dodgy and likely to be overtaken by the Broncos, Tigers, Dragons, Eels...

Big defensive effort today from Manly, that laid the foundations and then the forwards, Kite and Perry in particular, built on top of that. Lyon was pretty good at 6 today as well

Sure, the Roosters were without 5 (big 4 and Roberts) of their best players, and will improve for that, but Manly will also be a better side when King, Cuthbertson and B.Stewart are back on board, and we lost G. Stewart pretty early as well.

Was hoping for the 50 again, but wasn't to be. Anasta defended bloody well close to the line
