You knights fans whinging about our kicking game.. sore losers, that's all.

Let's ignore the fact that Hayne blatantly missed Newcastle being offside 25+ times throughout the entire 80 minutes hey?

It would have been hard for Hayne to penalise them

What a miracle win that was considering the refereeing.

The Knights played off an 8m line. And the video ref tried his best to convince himself that tw oblatant no tries at the end were possible tries for Newcastle.

We played crap and still won in Newcastle against a good side (who temselves didnt play great).

So im happy. Wins at this stage are worth gold. The performance doesnt matter so much during the Origin period.

Btw, as for only scoring tries off kicks. We did score one through the hands but for some reason it wasnt given. "Held up" LOL

Point is, the better team won.

Knights did look more dangerous, but their 5th tackle plays, their direction, was all atrocious. Dureau being there would have given them a bit more direction. Mullen is like a better version of Marshall, great runner but his direction skills are poor.

Roosters used their kicking game brilliantly, the way Braith drew the defenders before bombing for SKD's second try was excellent, and really, we could have scored a LOT more if it wasn't for Mason having another shocker, his 4th consecutive since the Tigers game (including State Of Origin II). Knights got a LOT of leverage from the ref in regards to offsides, and for ANY fans (such as my one-eyed brother), the rule clearly states that Paterson DID make a double movement, and thus is a no try. Any arguement mean you either are interpreting the rule wrong, your bias gets in the way of what was on the screen, or that you are just blind.

Sa, Soliola, Perrett, Kenny-Dowall (bar a few errors here and there) were excellent, as was O'Meley and Fitzgibbon.

Very dissapointed and annoyed.

Stupid errors, when will they go? the next week the players making errors will fix their problem then a new player will get errors into their game.

I'm getting annoyed at looking like the better team, trying really hard and then just losing.

I wasn't expecting a win going into this match, but to come so close and lose it through the bounce of a ball really hurts.

Bicey, i don't know if you realised, but we are top of the NRL, and all we have needed to do is kick.

f**k, the refereeing was horrible!

- BOTH (I know this is hard, Rooster's fans) teams offside.
- 1st Non try for the Roosters was pretty dubious, thought it would be benefit of the doubt, but I spose the ref made his best decision.
- The next try given, lol, wtf? His knee was on the line before he put it down
- Thought I saw a knock on before the following Knights try.

Then again, that is a from a Newcastle supporter. I honestly don't think the better team won, I thought it was pretty damn even. Incredibly stupid errors and lack of urgency I believe is what lost us the game. I am f**king sick of our team losing games at the death, and our inability to put pressure on teams and convert opportunities into points is costing us more and more every single week.

Congrats Roosters.

Laughable isnt it? The knee wasnt the main concern, for me it was the fact Dowell knocked it into McManus and then regathered it.. Knock on 20 restart but apparently rules apply to 1 side..isnt that why they call it the NRL (national Rooster league?)

LOL Clear benefit of the doubt.

And let's not forget that we scored a try the tackle before! Obvious benefit of the doubt.

Two trys in two tackles. Thankfully they gave one of them!
