No, but gee it'll be embarrassing for you lot when you lose to a Knights side missing Buderus, Gidley and Cross  when you're at full strength minus Stewart

Kids and Stewy cancel out
King and Cross cancel out

Only Bedsy out :fist:

Oh fuggin please. You're in the top eight aren't you? The Bulldogs have no Origin reps, they're crap, and they're at the bottom of the ladder - I'm not complaining about the draw we've got. Some of you Knights fans dead set aren't happy unless you're bitching about something you perceive as unfair.

wow, you really are stupid sometimes.

draw = unfair.
newcastle = worst draw in comp
dogs = shyte regardless of draw

its pretty simple.

you would take King over Cross?

oh, and Gids ------> Stewart too

There is no way Gidley is better than Stewart

Whos NSW #1 again?

Stewart was NSW's best in SOO2, Gidley was one of the worst when he was on the field. Stewarts try scoring record speaks for itself and the past 2 seasons has become a great defensive fullback as well.

Only because NSW were down by 20 when he came on so he tried to spark things, which obviously didn't come off. You can't blame him for that.

Maybe if you tried understanding my point you'd be getting it. Newcastle are playing well enough to be in contention, regardless of the draw. Melbourne are clearly the hardest done by this year with the draw.

gidley and stewart are on par in regards to their value as a fullback... but they play completely different games. gidleys utility value is still too tempting to ignore for selectors - which is the reason they are not directly competing for the number 1 jersey.

stewart has the spot nailed down, no doubt... but he certainly doesn't want to get injured or have a drop in form.. because once gidley gets a shot in his best position he too will be hard to displace. personally i think it's great that NSW have great depth in at least 1 position on the field.

Gidley? The classic good club footballer/average rep footballer. He has done absolutely nothing of note in rep football

Stewart is a better player than Gidley, simple as that!

Wouldn't call one better than the other IMO - one's a career fullback, the other a versatile utility who is best used at fullback.
