Raiders are also-rans. Storm are contenders. No more disruptions from here. Storm by 22.

I have a feeling Storm will win this comfortably, by around 16. But I think this is the week that Melbourne players can prove that their Origin breed isn't all in the Storm shed. So many unpredictable players.
Then again, same could be said for Canberra. Dunno who expected them to flush 58 on Canterbury the other week. Could be a tricky one, could be an easy one.

Storm won't let this slip...Bellamy will be turning the screws from this week on to ensure that they hit top gear going into the finals and will be wanting the likes of Folau, Inglis, Quinn and Hoffman to maintain the intensity.

He would be wanting to grab that minor premiership or at least get second spot so that team we play in the first round of finals will not pose a large threat.

Most teams with their best nine players missing and four players from their under 20s filling in would be in that situation I would have thought.

Yes and that's very true but to be honest I don't buuy that excuse anymore. its almost like you're trying to use it as a reason you lose, when the only reason anybody has in losing a game is because you don't play well enough and didn't put the effort in.

I can understand the thing about Origin and teams that have the most players out, but it is not an excuse.

A few changes for Canberra.

Alan Tongue is out due to that grub Taulapapa's disgraceful assault. Joe Picker will move to lock with Josh Miller coming into the starting side. Scott Logan is the new addition to the bench. Bronx Goodwin has been dropped, with Adrian Purtell to return in his place. Justin Carney is also in extreme doubt. If he's out, unfortunately we'll see Colin Best moved from his best and most explosive position at centre to the wing, while the unimpressive Marshall Chalk, better suited to the forwards these days, will return at centre.

I'd like to see Canberra win today but i need Melbourne for a Last Man Standing comp.

Changes mentioned above confirmed, as well as Trevor Thurling dropped for Nigel Plum. I like Plum, but that's a ridiculous move by Henry. Thurling has been tremendous lately.
