They weren't too good in beating the Cowboys. They struggle with the crappy teams for some reason. But they will still manage to win comfortably.

Eels still have some good players in their team that can click, shouldn't underestimate them.

I feel more confident about this game that against the Cowboys. I think finally the boys will realise you don't automatically win just because of your team on paper after the Titans, Raiders and the first half of the Cowboys. The second half team last week was completeley different and I think Freddy gave them a rocket to let them know.

i agree, i also feel that the boys would've learned from last week

i feel mroe confident than last week but we musn't underestimate the eels.. just have a look at their playing roster

anything could just 'click' for them at any time

That's true, plus it's their last chance at the finals. If that doesn't get them fired up then nothing will.

Cant see the Eels season getting any better - Roosters to romp it in.

They're playing for the Jack Gibson cup so maybe some of the ex players might turn up to inspire both teams to put in a good effort. You never know. It deserves to be a great game at least anyway.

pffff. they have a sh*thouse playing roster. Inu, Hayne, and sweet f**k all. Hence why they'll probably be winning at half time

NRL Preview and Tips - Round 22
BY Paul Zines

What more can be said about the Eels. Legend Ray Price said it was the worst loss in their history. The backs keep getting replaced but the forwards somehow continue to be chosen. After all, doesn’t it all begin up front? A lot of the blame must be placed on Coach Michael Hagan who cannot get the team to perform.

This week they play the Roosters who while struggled to put the Cowboys away last week, look certain for a top 4 finish. Mitchell Pearce scored three tries and this week lines up against Brett Finch, the player he beat for the coveted NSW half-back spot for game 3 earlier this year.

Something tells me that this could be a danger game for the Roosters and taking it lightly could prove disastrous. However, in saying that, Coach Fittler will make sure the players have their minds on the job and only a brave person would back against them

Deserves to be a great game......most definitely.

However, Moimoi and Riddell are now both out. One is a big loss, the other can get his bags packed for England early.

If Roosters don't win this one by plenty they might as well give up.
