The bulldogs streaming for th exits gates after the mason try was pretty funny.

according the telegraph..

"The Bulldogs faithful - part of a record crowd of 36,526 for a Sydney NRL game - couldn't bear it any longer as they streamed for the exit gates on the hour with Mason benched and the Roosters up 30-0"

LOL LOL

Their back turning theory only seemed to kick in when they were down by 28 for some reason.

Oh how sweet tonight was watching the dogs being utterly destroyed and their fans being completely silenced except for the occasional whimper at the ref or groan when a pass went over the sideline.

The only negative was not seeing Anasta get smashed.

This is why you dont have a hope in hell of EVER beating your most hated enemies. Us !! Most Roosters fans think the Bulldogs as their mortal enemies ... we dont beat them alot, but when we do it deserves a celebration. When anyone beats Souths, its more like meh, there is bigger fish to fry. You may hate us like poison but most of us dont give a rats about the Souths games ... its only the Bulldogs game we LOVE to win.

least we turned up unlike your mob - as if roosters can talk...i'd be appauled as a roosters supporter seeing only 2 bays of people turn up to a big blockbuster such as this

Great game from my point of view. Didn't expect that score though. Expected to win by 10 max but ill take it. We dominated them the whole night and I think we can still improve. I think our defence so far this year is better than the 03-04 defence. Plus I don't think the Dogs attack was that bad. They were trying hard to break through just our defence was too strong.

Well I predicted Mason would go missing last night early last week ... I really enjoyed my serving of humble pie, he was brilliant. Hats off to him, he led from the front for the Roosters

The game didn't live up to the hype for mine, though the week leading up to the game was great. It was great for Rugby League. Hell, I even broke my 'No Footy Show' mantra and watched the Mason and SBW interviews.

I took the Roosters and collected, they are my 2008 darkhorse, no reason to change that prediction four games in.

Yummy.

 Roosters simply too good - that's that.

Next time I think they should concentrate of league instead of hype... they let the Roosters get the better of them and that was the end of them. Kudos to Patten and SBW for slugging their guts out - and Roberts for some creative and inspiring play when noone else looked able.

If they don't trash Holdsworth to NSW Cup next week there'll be hell to pay.

Agree 100%.

The Roosters outplayed the Dogs and really only SBW, Patten and on occasions Roberts stood up.

I'd have to say a top 4 finish for the Roosters if they can maintain this momentum.

Could be similar to last year with Roosters and Broncos at the top.

Come round 13-14 it will be a lot more clear, the depth at the roosters isn't as sound as other clubs tbh so ANYTHING can happen.

Coz there were no roosters fans outside those 2 bays  imo 22k dogs fans, 14k roosters if i was to guess. Every roosters try saw the crowd drop by the thousands. being the polite lad that i am i made sure to wave goodbye

From what I hear a fair few turned up to the game, dont blame those that didnt. You would have to turn up with an armed guard if Bulldogs won, as it was there was a few very unhappy dogs supporters back on the train.

i thought it was only when dogs lost that fans turned violent? there was nothing of substance that happened in the stands...so now you're saying itws when we win that you need an armed guard? yep, ok
