lol such gracious winners, and you wonder why you cop so much flak. Not that im complaining, start to a good tipping round !

Mate, imagine coping what we copped this week by Cronulla supporters and then win like we did. You gotta give a bit slack.
While I'm here I would like to thank the Dogs for the four 'duds/has-beens' you sold us.
Well done Roosters but don't get too carried away with it.

luke patten having an absolute blinder ... such a shame he is playing in an era with so many great fullbacks because he deserves rep honours ... some of his covering tackles are keeping the score down and he scares me when he has the pill ... top player

Patten is one of those guys who does all the little things right.. Such a clever player..

according the telegraph..

"The Bulldogs faithful - part of a record crowd of 36,526 for a Sydney NRL game - couldn't bear it any longer as they streamed for the exit gates on the hour with Mason benched and the Roosters up 30-0"

LOL LOL

Dogs were outclassed by a better side.

gotta hand it to willie... he played well with all that pressure on him. Anasta was good also...

SBW & Patten were on there own for the dogs... which was probably expected as those 2 were the only ones from the dogs that said anything to the media.

we've copped enough sh*t over the years from these people. you didn't see us ripping into melbourne?? you'll find a thread where we all congratulated brisbane on their win in which we only ripped the ref apart but still acknowedged brisbane were good enough for the win ... this forum would be flooded right now if the doggies put 40 on us ... they're getting it mild to say the least

The bulldogs died allright, but not for each other.

The Roosters have now put the NRL on notice that they mean business this year.

It was Willie v the world, and Willie, the fresh prince of darkness,he won.

I liked his post-match interview when he said that he didnt always take it too seriously.

Just like his boxing, seeing he doesnt want to fight with anyone.

The only negative was not seeing Anasta get smashed.

How could Willie be a role model? Thats our game I spose.
