how the hell do those coast scum get another home game?
Thanks to the Stupid reds and their game being booked on a friday. Last fridays game was originally going to be a Broncos home game.

Don't worry though, it will all balance out in the end.
Kinda sucks in a way because towards the end of the season we barely get any. Prefer home games were spread more evenly. Instead of being just about half through our alotted home games barely a qtr of the way through the season.

We paid the NRL an additional $25,000 after our win last week

Johns_Magic, I wish I shared you confidence in tipping us this round. This is one of those games we should win, though we proved last year we can make a mockery of that and drop what most would deem a "certain 2 points".

My concern is that we will drop a little in intensity after our fantastic win against Brisbane as we did last season losing to Manly 20-6 the following round albeit away). The build up to last week's game was Origin-like in Queensland - the 'let down' is bound to be there and will be a test to see how we deal with it this week (earn your money Carty :D).

I think we win, though it will be closer than most would expect.

My thoughts too. Teams don't often backup to win the next week after beating Brisbane. One thing in the Titans favour though is the extra couple of days they have to prepare for the Warriors. Also two road games in possibly warm weather could count against the Warriors as well.

Still it is a danger game for the Titans as the Warriors will be looking to bounce back.

I think we will stay with the Titans in the first half at least, and the end result depends largely on our handling and discipline. Those are the two factors which offered us up for annihilation against Manly and the Cowboys.

Fingers crossed that Cleary breaks out of his square and makes a change in our halves sometime soon. A combination of a fill-in fullback (admittedly a very hard working one) and average 6 with an excellent boot, and a halfback who has a decent running game and no playmaking spark whatsoever is totally killing a potentially excellent team.

As mentioned it all evens out but i can't say i envy their run home though. It'll be a good test for them and should really show if they're a definite contender.

Round 18 v Roosters (A)
Round 19 v Panthers (H)
Round 20 v Raiders (A)
Round 21 v Storm (A)
Round 22 v Knights (H)
Round 23 v Cowboys (A)
Round 24 v Broncos (A)
Round 25 v Sea Eagles (A)
Round 26 v Tigers (H)

All these home games will mean the arse will fall out of the Titans in the run to the finals.

Though Witty is set for a big game, the Titans should squueze out a 2 point win.

I think Graham Annesly makes it,not entirely sure.

Last year Simpkins wore white for the Broncs v Souths game, however Yellow is a perfectly fine colour to wear for a dark maroon vs green.

For the orange,I think it is the best colour for a blue vs black, can't really wear green,Hayne wore Orange for Tits vs Cows . So maybe thats their colour of choice up there, the one that doesnt clash as much.

My point was that Brisbane have gold panels on their jersey (similar to the ref yellow) and the Titans have that deeper orangey-gold colour which would be similar to the orange in the ref strip. I would've thought they'd look to avoid it completely by choosing a bright green for GC v NZ and the white for Brisbane/Souths. Just seems odd :?
