Feel for the Knights, things never looked good when De gois was sidelined in the first minute. Would have been a much better contest if both sides were at full-strength.

I pretty much gave up when I saw De Gois signalling to the bench on tackle #2. It's a rare football team that can win a finals game when they're a man down from the word 'go' - especially when that man is one of the focal points of their attack.

Kimmorley won't add terribly much to the doggies I tell you, Holdsworth can do a good enough job too. It's a matter of the forwards doing all the creativity around the ruck, hitting spinning offloading putting each other and thebacks into space. Hannant, Eastwood, Stagg, Gordon can all do it. That's what can win the Dogs the premiership this year. If the forwards can't dominate in that area Kimmorley won't save us.

Kimmorley won't save us but at least our last tackle options, especially in our attacking 20, won't be as inept. Alot of our 5th tackle play's were woeful.

The commentator on the radio said he has mail stating Kimmorely wont be back this year, or GRAND FINAL at best. Dont know how true this is but.

Bulldogs looked a bit lost in attack early but came through like all great teams do.

Kimmorley to play in next match

TWO WEEKS ago he had metal plates inserted into his face. But Brett Kimmorley last night declared he had been cleared to make a comeback for the Bulldogs next match.

Adding another chapter to the club's fairytale rise from wooden-spooners last season, Kimmorley last night spoke to The Sunday Telegraph, revealing he had been given the green light to resume training.

The tough halfback originally feared he would be sidelined until the grand final after he suffered three fractures to his cheekbone against the Warriors in round 25 last month.

"When the specialist told me last week I would be feeling better in seven days' time I thought he was kidding, but he was right,'' Kimmorley said.

"I feel so much better. It's a relief, no doubt.''

After a secret visit to his specialist, Kimmorley pulled out his joggers yesterday to enjoy his first dose of physical activity in more than a fortnight.

He went for a run around the streets of his Wooloowaren address in the Sutherland Shire.

Kimmorley also admitted he could have played next weekend had the Bulldogs gone down to the Knights last night.

"I could've, yeah,'' Kimmorley said. "It's good to go now."

"I'm really looking forward to getting back into training with the boys. The extra two weeks that tonight's win gives us ... it's a massive bonus.''

Dogs won in 2004 against Panthers without Steve Price, who was our captain who got injured in the first few minutes. Probably a bit of different scenario though but De Gois or not i think we were always going to be too good tonight

I was angry but the better team won.
I was commenting on the abuse I copped and simply stated the facts that the only ones who abused me were Lebanese, it was the minority of the fans but you shouldn't have to cop that type of sh*t just for supporting your team.
And I wasn't the fan escorted from Bay 110 I'm the least confrontational person ever and would rather not get stabbed
