He'll play 5/8 but theyve given him more room to move by not clogging up his side with Hoffman, who spent alot of time on the right, and Billy so much.

They also went to him early, which they havent done with him at 5/8 since he moved there. I also think they might slot Billy in at 5/8 every now and again to try to get GI on the outside of Issy.

Be interesting as this will be the first time Issys come up against someone who is as big and strong as him but alot faster.

lets get one thing straight right now ... Folau is not near Inglis atm ... but Hodges certainly is ... so we see later in the season

I wasn't overly impressed by our (Broncos) performance on Friday night, and the Storm game is the only one I haven't seen as yet

Do the league even care that the Broncos prefer Sunday arvo home games ? Thats where your 5k extra people went last friday night, and this will cost another 5 or 10k this friday night

Oink !

Inglis could miss Broncos showdown
AAP

Melbourne superstar Greg Inglis could miss Friday night's blockbuster NRL clash with the Broncos with knee and shoulder injuries.
The Storm travel to Brisbane to face their fellow round one victors on Friday night at Suncorp Stadium, which is expected to be sold out.
Inglis starred in Melbourne's 17-16 victory over St George-Illawarra at Olympic Park last Friday night, kicking the winning field goal as well as scoring the opening try.
Now tipping the scales at 107kg, the powerful Inglis flung aside Dragons five-eighth Jamie Soward and steamrolled the remaining defence on his way to the tryline.
He immediately sought treatment on his knee, however played a starring role as the Dragons took the match into golden point extra time after a late converted try.
Storm physiotherapist Mary Toomey said the injury was concerning because of the amount of swelling.
Inglis will undergo a MRI scan to ensure there's no structural damage.
"He came down on his knee very heavily during the game and it's swelled up quite a lot post game and it's still pretty swollen and sore," she said.
"He's certainly hobbling around on it a bit so we're just checking, because it's swollen so much it's hard to tell if there's any real structural damage there."
Toomey said his shoulder appeared to be badly bruised.
It would be a massive blow if the Storm were to lose Inglis ahead of the round two match, with no ready-made back-up available at five-eighth.
In other injury news Storm representative forward Dallas Johnson is likely to play despite suffering bone bruising to his hip.
"He's walking better today than he was yesterday and the day before," Toomey said.
"Dallas is tough, we had a big debate about why he couldn't train because he wanted to so I would expect that he'll be OK for the game."
Young centre Willie Isa is recovering from a corked thigh and while he didn't complete training, is tipped to be right for Friday night.
Meanwhile Storm medical staff have sought the assistance of the Australian Ballet in treating prop Brett White, who had off-season surgery on his feet to treat "turf toe".
The injury, prevalent in American football players and dancers, results in pain at the base of the big toe, located at the ball of the foot, which restricts explosive power.
"He had a scan last week which revealed he had bone bruising around the toe he had operated on," Toomey said.
"It means we've had to back him off training again.
"We're following up a couple of leads to try and get a little more advice about anything we can do to try to manage it.
"We're talking to the Australian Ballet physios about their experience and anything else we might be able to do to help."

Broncos/Cowboys has been played on a Friday/Sat night for the past 3 years and usually sold out consistently:?
The extra 5k wasn't to do with Sunday arvo games...

I want White to be selected. He is a key for the Broncos. Would be a shame for Inglis to be ruled out, but thats football and the Broncos should take the 2 points.

No, Preniers is the moron who started a thread with the sole intention of stirring - a thread he has no intention to update when more details are announced. You got your laughs... now move on eh?

For a start, Preniers hasn't logged on for the last two days. Secondly, a number of you have joined in the stirring.

As I said, you've had your laugh, now move on.
