I've just spent the morning at the junior league refereeing and I swear I was brushing icicles off me at one point... don't expect a big crowd today because this is the coldest day I can remember in a very long time... reports of hail in some parts of Canberra also, and there's a junior carnival on which will mean we lose a good chunk of the crowd anyway.
