We need:

1. Ropati

4. Moon/Brown

9. Hohaia

Would strengthen all 3 positions.

Agreed. Would be harsh for Heremaia to miss out, but on current form, 9. Hohaia 14. Henderson would be the way to go.

Brown has been awesome in the centres, but hell, he's been awesome wherever he plays.

Agreed.

He wont bring in Seluini either. He is by nature conservative, and that is amplified by the fact that this year he has been effectively playing for his coaching future at the Warriors. Now that the team is in a decent position, he will think he can play it conservative, and that any Top 8 position will see him keep his job (which is true).

However, that conservatism may not be in the best interests of the side's development.

I have to say that, in my opinion, Heremaia is head & shoulders our best hooker.

Sure he doesn't run around like a headless chook, throw hospital passes or go for a dart when opportunities present themselves further out but he does move the ball from the play-the-ball area effeciently, read the game and tackle.

I think he has dropped off quite a bit from where he was at the start of the year. Still a pretty good hooker though.

he also doesn't seem to play all that many minutes these days. Unless there's an injury, in which case it's hard to tell if him or henderson that's playing dummy half.

I was at the game yesterday and all the warriors supporters were giving it to hohaia to run it back rather than walk back and fall into a tackle or give someone a hospital pass at the last second. we need to look back and see what was going so right in those previous 5 games and ropati at the back is one of those if only because hes a defensive liability out wide. Poor Locke got a good lesson yesterday he'll bounce back.

Yeah let's put Hohaia at hooker and Ropati at fullback because that's a step forward, as opposed to a step back to about 2005.

Heremaia has only playing about 30 minutes to Hendo's 50 for the past 7 or so games. It seems Cleary wants Hendo on the bench so he can attack tired markers later in each half and make metres against a defence that isn't up in his face. When there's a fresh defence at the start of the half, he seems to use Heremaia to do more of the graft and simply shift the ball out of the ruck to the running forwards.

Our defence was in disarray in the 2 half mainly due to the many off-loads the rabits were doing. Locke had a shocker, looked like he wasn't 100% fit when he return the ball half heartedly. As to Lucks forward pass, where was Seymour in that zone? He should have been there directing plays and the ball should have been going to the halves first close to the try line. Maloney played well but after two games, Seymour is crap. Pity that John is injured. hope they turn things around this weekend
