When do/did we hear about Luke's availability?

Souths - despite missing Burgess and Taylor - really have to aim up and win here to prove they are legitimate contenders.

Luke needs to get off the charge, or we are in a fair bit of bother playing the baby Broncos up there with the lineups announced.

Can you change the record?

Seriously...

So I don't like the Broncos. Too obvious is it? I don't care. It will be interesting to see how they go without Lockyer and Thaiday who have been the catalyst for their winning run and without the AFL star to score half of their tries.

Defensively we should be ok, we've still got our forward pack there, Wallace is capable of steering the team around, just not sure where our points are going to come from.

Murmurs that both Luke Stuart (Hip) and Asotasi (Possible fractured eye socket) will be out of this one as well. Very small probability that one of McPherson or Crocker will be available but not looking good either. If none of those guys are available, then we will be struggling to field a single Forward on the bench and our starting pack will look like sh*t.

To make matters worse, a couple of our starting forward pack from the under 20's (two) and Norths (up to 5) are also injured.

Would of been a close game had both sides had full complement of players to choose from. But with rabbits missing a few more of their best players. Broncos to runover the rabbitohs. 30 plus.

So no Taylor or Burgess or Geddes.
Probably no Crocker, McPherson and Issac Luke.
Maybe no Asotasi, Stuart or Pettybourne (apparent broken jaw according to Glenn Munsie)
Plus our "depth" forwards are also injured... What the hell is going on??? Will we even have a forward pack?

Brisbane even without Lockyer, Thaiday and Folau are looking specials if all the above players are out.

It's sad to see somebody try and undermine a side's achievements like you do every Broncos thread.

I'd say it's pety, but really it's pathetic.

You think its pathetic, to me I'm just expressing my opinion, its called forum banter. Noone said you had to be impartial on a footy forum. I'm not being a journalist here.
I have no love for the Broncos. In my opinion they are getting quite lucky with this run. They faced Manly minus Matai and Lyon, Souths with no Luke, Burgess or Taylor which probably eliminates the advantage Souths would've had v a Bronco side without their origin stars and they'll soon face a very much understrength Penrith side. Talk about the cards falling right for you.

We'll see how the Broncos go when they face some teams who aren't missing a stack of class players.

I reckon we'll go fine against stronger oppositions once Hodges gets back on the field. We started the season with terrible luck and now things have turned around for us, whats the big deal?

We are missing just as many important players as Souths..

Lockyer is our only half doing anything.
Thaiday is the form forward in the comp.
Folau is the only player scoring tries for us.
Hodges.. is always injured.

So you could argue that Souths are lucky to get us when they did.

Whatever. I'd school you anyday :p Particuarly on league trivia.

You have nothing.

Name me the infamous touch judge who kept saying

"Its serious ok, i cant make it any clearer, it serious"
Tim Mander "So it serious is it"
"Its serious"

In the end Ben Walker was sent off

Good luck with Google.

I remember that incident but not the touch judge. Name me the Round and year and score when Geoff Toovey was sent off against the Broncos by Bill Harrigan for back chatting.

Name we the Round and year when Phil Gould was sent from the field as coach for the Panthers for blasting the officials from the sideline.

Yep. I've watched alot of games too.

That is true.

I still think your side looks way more balanced than ours.
