I was a bit surprised at the call that the Bulldogs player left from the in-goal, well, on the line anyway. Didn't think there was any doubt that he left from the field of play at the time, but I guess I was wrong. Well, I hope I am, because then he dropped it as he landed and the Panther's player put his hand on it..

terrible 1st half. I genuinely feared we would be down by 30 with the way we were playing. Just shocking discipline and defence, its as though they didn't want to be there. Still plenty of time and down by 'only' 10, halves need to run the ball and allow the likes of Gordon, Jennings and Tighe room to move. Doggies playing out of their skins but it won't be easy for them to keep it up, if we decide to turn up for the 2nd.

Defence has generally been good so far but our attack has dropped off a bit. Hopefully we can pick up that intensity we had in the early stages of the match again.
