I went into this as a neutral but by the end I was cheering and clapping for the warriors
Great game...deserved the win especially after all the poor calls against them!

I'd just like to say that I was preparing to come on here and say that the Tigers had the game rigged in their favour, so full credit to the Warriors for playing against the refs + my team but...

That last try was not a try. Watch it again, the referee blew the whistle and went to the video referee BEFORE Inu reached out for the second time.

lol @ the Tigers hate, doesnt take much to get a moronic bandwagon going on this website.

Very good result for the Warriors and they played well in the second half, forwards were excellent, Johnson and Maloney very good. They have a very good side at present and whilst I thought they were a year of seriously challenging it's great to see them playing good football. There's alot to criticize about Cleary but he's done a good job getting them playing a team orientated brand of football.

As for the Tigers, Sheens bench selection cost them tonight. They were only rotating through two forwards on the bench for most of the night after Gibbs went down injured, and it caught up with them in the end. You could see the fatigue in the way they were playing. Dissapointed in their loss because I've been backing them to win the comp (hopefully the Warriors win now), especially because the quality of football they play is just so good at its best. But thems the breaks, they'll challenge again next year.

Hopefully tomorrow nights match is as good a game of football.

People didn't believe me last week when I said the Tigers had the refs on their side, but I think tonight proved it beyond any doubt.

That was up there with Maxwell's hatchet job on Newcastle - also in favour of the Tigers - with most disgusting refereeing performance of the season

:lol::lol: Little TT still muttering about 2010

Absolutely. It's only right and fair when it goes his way.
FFS, some people are getting stuck in because Farah and Sheens didn't whine or offer excuses at the press conference. They realised that that's the way it goes and 2011 is done and dusted. The Warriors played a very good second half and took oppotunities when they presented themselves, played to the whistle and got the win in very dramatic circumstances.

Congrats to the Warriors - they got the lollies and best of luck next week in Melbourne.

People are getting stuck in because they hate seeing teams getting screwed over by refs whenever they play the tiggers.
That and the constant benji fan club you hear from the press.
So don't take it personally. Unless your name is Vic. Because he's a fu@king mong.

Yeah, you win some and lose some. We've had rough calls against us as well as for us. I'd love to see a comp where there was never a mistake or bad call form an official - but that's just never going to happen. It's hard when it's wrong and you've just got to cop it - I get that, and there should be a little humility when the bounce of the ball goes your way as well.

As for Marshall, the things he does onfield are things that get noticed, and are by and large great for the game. I'm stoked he's our 6 and has overcome his injury prone earlier years and look forward to 2012 knowing we're capable of competing with the best.
