I thought Prichards ''elbow'' to Ryles was just unlucky, he was in the act of stripping it one on one and landed with his elbow near Ryles head as they connected the ground....tough call, loss of possesion, penalty, free i'change, momentum etc

I thought the refs were kind to the roosters all game , so Ryles probably wasnt looked at closely tonight .

Except it was 2 on 1, what with the tackler round the legs and all...

Should have been a penalty for the strip anyway, so justice was done.

Didnt look like it was going to be until Ryles was laid out and the VR looked at a few replays, it looked to me like canterbury would play on
I think tackler #2 came in after Ryles lost possesion

He didnt strip it btw skeepe you just have a bias view . He had his arms around the ball and Ryles dropped it due to hitting the ground with pritchards elbow on his head, there was no rake and it was a bullshit penalty imo.

Why would I be biased? I f**king hate the Roosters.

You're an idiot. The refereeing has been fine.

Which penalties were "phantom" penalties out of interest?

ooh I forgot that only you can go apeshit about penalties and show any bias.

As mentioned above. The Pritchard one is one example.

Just to clarify: I am an idiot for questioning the refs? You just nailed your own coffin dickhead.

Josh Reynolds no matter how tenacious and gutsy has many short comings, too many to be a first grade hooker. Needs to clean up his defense asap.

Is this bulldogs team the worst in history under the high ball?

Well, most teams in the NRL have a bloke that plays fullback. His job is to take the high ball. Canterbury don't believe in that sort of player/position. Apparently you put the number one on a bloke who doesn't catch or return the ball and that pays dividends because he scores a try every second week.

 skeepe and TT arguing the toss - even Brian and Braith at the post-match presser for the Roosters were quoted as saying "we got the rub of the green" tonight.

Ultimately if you don't contest bombs, have poor discipline, a high error rate and shit line defence, this will happen. That ridiculous penalty seriously swung the momentum though.
