Saints are missing almost as many players as Canberra for this match, unless Creagh / Scott get released from Origin.

We are without:
Weyman, Kyle Stanley, Morris, Scott, Creagh, Merrin.

So going off the list from Mr Snrub, Canberra have 8 unavailable while we have 6.

Canberra by 26.

Creagh or Merrin will likely play on Monday.

I'm not so sure of that Timmah.

I saw Meninga on Fox Sports news last night saying he doesn't know when he'll cut his squad back.
I don't think they are forced to make a decision by Friday as you said.

The thing is though, we have our captain out, our two vice captains out, the best talent we have produced since our Golden Era out, our most experienced player out... oh and we have David Furner.

Not disputing that mate, you have some serious talent out, but as I mentioned a few times also you don't have Ben Hornby. ;-)

I just know it's 2 points we aren't going to get. Getting myself ready for the inevitable loss.

Don't understand the Hornby hate. Not in great form but he'll come good again. If we come up with a similiar attitude in defence to last week, we'll win. But every year, regardless of our form we go down there and our defensive structure goes to sh*t and our attack just looks lost. The most inexplicable hoodoo going around

Yeah all clubs will have a few injuries this time of year its the fact the Raiders are missing their two best players and have been playing with zero structure. It is clearly a poorly coached side. For some crazy reason the Raiders lift for this contest (and especially Dugan) but Dugan isn't there, Campo isn't there and we have just been a disgrace to the eyeballs this year.

I understand why the Dragons are nervous. In many years time when I have taken enough recreational drugs that I imagine the Raiders are a good team and the Storm are a bad one I will still be nervous when playing them. Hoodoos do weird things to the brain.

I find it funny that as supporters we are basically using this thread to state why our respective teams will not win this game - such is the comedic ineptitude of both sides lately.

I don't know and I will not pick a winner, is there a way the game can go past golden point without it being a draw and both sides being declared the loser?
I'll take that option.

Have you been watching him play?
Not in great form, he needs to retire it's as simple as that....played on for too long.

Quite a few basic handling errors that we never used to see from the Hornbag. I think he'll pull the pin at year's end for the good of the side, hope he gets to make the 8 in his final season. I reckon he'll finish the year well (probably just blind faith, but ah well)

Reports today suggesting Canberra will have Harrison, Thompson, Picker and Berrigan as likely startes.

I would love Joel Thompson to just wait one more week to make his return.
