It is. But not when someone leaves their feet and smashes someone in the head with their bicep/elbow.

Inglis deserves 6+ weeks for that, and should be off the field right now. The dog didn't even apologise for it, and clearly did not give a shit when young was being stretchered off while other Souths players were applauding

Players getting hit high while dropping and it being put on report happens in almost every game. Noone gets sent for that.

It wasn't a swinging arm, the elbow wasn't sticking out. There was nothing malcicious in it. And GI has a good record.
