Anyone who genuinely thinks there was nothing wrong with that Inglis hit needs to really rethink why they watch rugby league. Clearly illegal, clearly reckless and caused another player a serious injury. Utter dog act and deserved a send off. The judiciary SHOULD give him a long holiday but I've given up on the game's officialdom doing the right thing.

I'd agree with that. There was nothing in it. Clearly nothing malicious intended. No swinging arm, no leading with the elbow. If he doesn't get tackled from being a fraction of a second before he gets to Inglis he stays upright and GI doesn't touch his head.

it doesnt matter you f**king idiot. He took his head off. There is a rule which says no head contact. How many different ways do you need it explained.

5 billion replays later..

Not sure why it took so long to give that last angle. Which really did put it beyond doubt.

You said it yourself. '5 billion replays later'. Surely by defenition that implies doubt ?
Positives so far ...... I won't be driving to Redfern after the game and calling it home.

In all seriousness, people in this thread who lol@5(c)uff$ like Muslims pray to Mecca should probably not be talking about bias.

The Dragons are the worst attacking side I have ever seen play the game - and I've seen some poor Souths teams. They have absolutely no idea how to get the ball across the line.
You should have seen Brisbane last night.
Dragons seem good (by comparison) tonight, just better defense against them.

Indeed, when they kept going over the first 2 replays I kept saying to myself "surely this has to be BoTD". However, that last replay I think showed he didn't get it down. They can't give it BoTD just because they spent a month looking at bad angles before getting to a good one.

Do all the people who defended Ben Te'o earlier this year when he rightly got a three week suspension think Inglis is worthy of suspension?

Seriously, it's just another shoulder charge that has been defended time and time again on this board as 'part of the game.' It should definitely be a suspension but half the vitriol is because of the player/club here, not the incident it self. The issue clearly is though the shoulder charge.

Young was not dropping at all when inglis hit him even the fox commentators are saying it now, he was not moving fast or stepping 6+ weeks if they have any sense

100% Send off no question truly gutless

He did stay upright you blind f**k. He didn't even drop in the tackle, as Brandy just pointed out.

You're a f**king spastic.

Inglis went for a big shoulder charge on someone that wasn't looking and got him flush in the head. He should have been sent from the field.

Inglis - reckles and careless. In strife. Isaac Luke is a class act doing the throat slitting gesture. At least he wasn't trying to break his leg I guess.

Saints - dominating the game, but 12 points behind. Sums it up really.

Inglis left his feet and made contact with his bicep/ elbow.

Completely different to Teo, who simply stood his ground and the shoulder to head impact was simply due to the height difference of the players involved.

Anyone who thinks they are even remotely in the same league is kidding themselves

LOL @ the haters who think it was a send off.

It was careless, he'll probably get 2 weeks. Fine by me. He can fix all his niggles and be right for the run into the finals.

Did you see the replay, he even jumped with his feet leaving the ground to hit him in the head. But its ok its "GI" so he'll get a warning. Have never wanted to see a player get hurt until tonight. someone needs to break GI in half. f**k the score, just take hime out

And so was Kasiano's.

GI did connect with his head by accident and because I don't expect him to be treated fairly like Kasiano he will get a week or two.

But the more senile on here are making it out to be some kind of headhunter tackle. I've even heard it compared to Priors on JT. It was not even in the same league as that.
Nothing in that tackle. Young fell into Inglis' chest.
x2

Peoples anti Souths bias is blinding them. If it was their players or just any non Souths player they wouldn't be wetting themselves.
