Players getting hit high while dropping and it being put on report happens in almost every game. Noone gets sent for that.

It wasn't a swinging arm, the elbow wasn't sticking out. There was nothing malcicious in it. And GI has a good record.

I'd agree with that. There was nothing in it. Clearly nothing malicious intended. No swinging arm, no leading with the elbow. If he doesn't get tackled from behind a fraction of a second before he gets to Inglis he stays upright and GI doesn't touch his head.
