They've beat NZ once. It's not exactly consistent to say they've beaten one top side one time and the other wins have been against France, Wales, Fiji and Ireland. If they lost to any of those sides half the side should have been dropped.

It's hard to say England have consistency when Chase still barely has any connection with his teammates after 3 years. Consistent uselessness maybe.

Australia's swapped around their spine every game and Thurston and Cronk have only played together 2 years but it won't bother us. England can't hope to have the same 'consistency' as Australia when our 1-7-9 play every game together.
