Although it most likely would have had no impact, Cecchin called time off before the siren. Bound to give more controversy to the refs

Mannah is a lot more to blame than Sandow. Contributed nothing except a pathetic dropped ball on the 3rd tackle when the Eels were going to get a field goal shot. Sandow at least had a brilliant kicking game today and no one could possibly hold Hayne too responsible for that offload considering absolutely all of their attack was created by him.

As usual the refs completely f**k up the end of the game calling time despite the fact he'd already blown time off. Eels were unlikely to score from the scrum of course but at least give them the chance. Honestly how f**king hard is it to keep time without it looking like f**king amateur hour?

And if the refs were competent at their job that still would not have been enough.

Fact: If the refs were up to scratch, the Eels win this game no doubt about it

Fact:

Refs award the Hoppa try and from the kick off sandow throws a forward pass to Paulo who drops it, Simona picks it up and scores under the post

At least the Hype train goes down

There'll still be plenty of hype. It'll be just like the Manly game - we played better and lost.

You can't blame the refs for this one though. A couple of stupid+lazy lapses led to 12 points.

Brilliant kicking game? Did he gets a single goal all game?

Eels dudded at the end, but Paulo, Sandow and Mannah came up with the big plays to lose that game.

Richards was phenomenal. Deadset needs to be in Origin for his boot alone. 70m drop outs, 50+ metre goals, kick offs with ridiculous hang time. Aswell as being a handy winger with size to handle Origin.

If Hayne and Sandow don't throw the ball to the Tigers for 12 points, the obstruction f**k up has no bearing and we win comfortably. It was a shit call and ultimately cost us, but we would never have been in that situation if we had played footy and not expected to win. Because they played like a team that expected to score every time they had the ball. Arthur will probably kill someone in the sheds.

He had a shit time off the tee but his field kicking was very good and apart from the intercept he went ok. He had a 40/20 and he turned the ball over off another 40/20 effort. We could have converted either to something but didn't. Not his best game but certainly not awful.
