I've only seen a few Tigers games this year, but Adam Blair appears to slotting in better.

What do you think?

Does he deserve credit or do you guys still hate him?

2014 - 2 good games and 2 shite games so far
2013 - 4 good games (at prop) and 20 shite games
2012 - 23 shite games and 1 great game v Melb.

He is trying harder. Will give him that.

may go someway to explaining his abysmal game against the Warriors (but not excusing it)

Yep I think it has a lot to do with it actually , in saying that tho he shouldn't have been on the field if it wasnt right. Anyway I dont think it will ever be 100% again, he has a long history of this injury and its still there.

What is it with Lawrence and his hamstring ? now that he has shed some kilos his pace was supposed to of returned, seen no evidence to suggest this as the continuing issue with his hammy keeps reoccurring !

It's so unreasonable to knock Lawrence. Even when he has been on the field the players either inside or outside him have changed. He deserves the chance to play a decent string of matches before anyone duscusses punting him

Regardless of the players outside of him his personal mistakes and poor reads are there.

On $300k+ I think it is entirely reasonable to discuss punting a guy who has not consistently produced since 2009

Potter must know this season will make or break him. If Rowdy doesn't produce something soon he HAS to go

Has to go?

It's the same (stupid) thing people said about Blair and Sheens.

He had got a big contract that runs several more years.

Who else wants him at the sort of money the Tigers pay him?

No one, so he will be entitled to keep showing up and getting paid until the end of 2016.

Hopefully it will be in NSW Cup though.

If this game gets defensive, Manly wins based on their defensive efforts last week.
We have to throw it around to have a chance.

If he's done an immense amount of leg work to reduce his weight, then its to be expected that his hamstrings are going to be weakened and require rest, otherwise they'll prevent him from taking big steps in any direction. I've never seen his lateral movement be so restricted before, I wouldn't be surprised if he's busted his arse at training all off season and hasn't given his legs ample recovery time.

Give him a month off, very light training (upper body mostly) should see him back to full fitness.

It won't happen though. Instead we'll be forced through yet another year where Lawrence is hampered by another niggling injury

Look, whatever you think of Lawrence, he currently is not up to FG standard. I'm not saying we should ship him off or anything, I'm saying that he needs a stint in NSW cup untill he regains his fitness.

I want Lawrence to get back to his form more than anyone. I don't want to give up on him as he has given alot to the club and he has a great attitude. I'm just saying, in his current form it would benefit EVERYONE if he was in NSW cup for a few weeks. Thats all.
If players like BMM have to sit it out in NSW cup to regain form, then so should Lawrence.

He has been out of form for two years!
Prove himself worthy in Reggies or ship him out.
Cant carry him in firsts.
Enough is enough.

I thought VB cup will be played prior to NRL as it was last week , can anyone comfirm exactly which game starts at 10.45am . I must say VB is a massive step ahead of under 20's touch footy and should be treated as such on game day.
