Wonder if the Cowboys will arrive in Sydney in the next day or so and setup camp for the majority of the week.

They used this tactic earlier this season when they played Penrith on the Monday night and remained in Sydney all week for the clash against Souths on the following Saturday.

It worked a treat on that occasion.

well have cowboys stayed ?? in sydney

we dont want roosters winning again ok. they won minor prems , thats enough.

want cowboys to win, if not,

then rabbits , panthers 3rd choice
;-)
hargraves will be suspened ?

Funny thing about the Roosters is that they give away penalties because they're so ill disciplined, but a majority of the time their opposition should receive more penalties because they've always got hands in the ruck or doing something illegal to slow the play the ball. Always bending the rules.

The Cows have unfortunately for them drawn the short straw. Having failed to respect the opposition on the weekend, the Roosters found themselves standing before 23,500 of mostly their own supporters with their pants pulled down around their ankles by a bloke they didn't want some years back. It's an unedifying experience for a proud premier, and it won't happen this week.

The Cows have been doing similar recently, being sufficiently superior to Manly and the Broncos in Townsville to take the foot off the pedal. No such luxury here. As Ivan Cleary said on his way to Allianz last Saturday, if you wanna be champ, you gotta beat the champ. This is their chance, but I doubt they are quite good enough.

Meh Roosters fans have carried on all year about how they're players don't stay down, which seems a much more reasonable explanation as to why they don't get penalties than the ref conspiracy bullshit they always whinge about.

It's a fact, we don't stay down. That's not up for debate. We play the game in a great spirit and can anyone argue that the game wouldn't be better off if the 15 other coaches followed Trent Robinson's lead?

Really can't see the Roosters winning. And I hope they do of a shocking series of refs calls. Rugby league is Sydney's game! Queensland is merely allowed to participate as a cash cow. Just like New Zealand.

Since when do the Roosters have fans?

f**k me dead, are you still whinging about this. What a f**king pedestrian, your team won the comp, are still nut deep in this one and your f**king on about penalties.

Seems pretty valid since the thread was filled with conspiracy theories and bitching about the Cowgimps getting a "fair go" before an Easts fan even posted.
