Happens at every sporting event. To write an attack piece about the game being over shadowed by a couple of dickheads in a crowd of 91k is pure anti League bias.

The silence should be scrapped anyway, and a moment's applause adopted.

FYI, Ron Clarke was no friend of Rugby League

Stay classy Melbourne

Ron Clarke was a knob though AFL lackie co.ck sucker

Except the game was in Melbourne.

And no not every where else in the world including NSW gets through a minute's silence.

It's the biggest non-story since you admitted to loving c**k

Excellent victory. Fowards dominated them and really it seems they will for some time; allowed two halves are really still aren't Origin quality to play well enough to get the side home. DCE has to be the most overpaid player in the history of the game. Deadset was atrocious. If Cronk isn't back and Inglis goes to Fullback, NSW can win it.

Best part has to be the MCG. Probably the best rugby league atmosphere I've experienced. Shame it's what? Another three years?

 Look at these sad merkins relying on referee bullshit for their victory and trolling. Inglis had a try.

Correct. He had A try.

The one pulled back was a clear no try. Anyone who thinks it was does not know the rules of rugby league.

Eat a hearty dick you moron.

I'm a neutral but I generally felt Queensland were robbed tonight. I thought based on previous decisions that we have seen this season, Josh Morris' effort should have been ruled a 'no try'. However, the biggest turning point for me was the Greg Inglis decision. I thought it should have been ruled a knock on against Pearce as it was a loose carry; Morgan was just going in to make a tackle and made no attempt to rake at the ball. The fact that Phil Gould - the most biased Blue supporter and commentator on the planet admits this speaks volumes of how bad a decision it was. Also, in the following set, I felt the knock on ruled against Michael Morgan was actually knocked back. Subsequently, NSW score from the following set. Finally, what about the late hit on Thurston? James Graham must be absolutely filthy after he got penalised for an incident which was not too dissimilar to the tackle on Thurston; the only difference was that Reynolds went down injured. In saying that, the hit on Hoffman was also missed so that evenings things out in that regard.

I thought the only reason why this game was good was because of the closeness of the game. Although it has become much a cliche, I thought the referees completely ruined the affair with their constant interventions. I've never seen so many 10m penalties awarded in one game in my life! I thought the referees were exceedingly harsh on NSW in this area! Overall it was great game but I hope we have 2 different refs for game 3!

Gould was hoping NSW would lose so he could justify his Gallen criticism.

Morgan raked the ball from Pearce.

The refsz had obviously been instructed to keep a decent 10m after they turned a blind eye to the continual offside play in game 1 which ruined the spectacle.

Thurston hit was fine.

Hodges had his typical 'cat' moment and got way with another cheap shot. He had a shit game so helped NSW out anyway.

f**k some of you are sad. NSW won and QLD lost, and both teams had good and bad calls go their way.
In the end NSW dominated our soft forwards and that paved the way to a win for them, Parker and McGuire were the only forwards of ours that showed any sort of backbone in my opinion.

Anyway at least we get to wrap it up at Suncorp in a few weeks.

Farah was fantastic! Controlled the game really well from dummy half and his kicking game turned the queenslanders around and gave the blues repeat sets

Lol because Gould hasn't got things wrong before?

Myles knocked it into Inglis who was accidentally offside regardless if it's a strip or a loose carry

And are you serious? That hit from Cordner was times absolutely perfectly

And was solely responsible for letting in two soft tries up the middle. Strangely people seem to want to gloss over that.

He gets the same amount for an Origin as everybody else.

One of the best Origin's in 10 years and all the Melbourne press can report is "Origin marred by cheers and jeers!"

You watch they will get Buzz on SEN tonight to drunkenly slur "Yeeeaaahh, It was not a goood look, but it is typcial of Rugby League fans, not like those glorious AFL fans"
