How is a side with attack that wouldn't bother a qld cup side on top of the ladder? We keep waiting for it to click and it doesn't seem to get better week to week.

Broncos forwards could barely get to the 40m and in defense they sit back and concede 10m every run.

They held on in defence but Penrith didn't really offer much, the Broncos were poor, certainly for a team coming first.

I don't know about Hunt...great player in patches but goes missing a lot in some games. I would agree the others (Cronk, Thurston, DCE) are still ahead of him.

There's no doubt at all those three are ahead of him.

In year to come DCE and Hunt will be SOO halves, but IMO Hunt doesnt have the full game for SOO yet

Cleary is too negative as a coach and I was shocked we could have won without scoring a try. Can't see them making the 8 with injuries and not so favourable draw.

All Soward had to do was pass the ball. There was a bigger gap than the Sydney heads out there. It was a bombed try. The Panthers bombed two or three tries in this game.

I honestly believe Hunt's kicking game is suffering from McCullough continually holding the ball up from the ruck instead of just passing it from the ground, by the time hunt gets the ball he has defense in his face and is rushed into a poor kick.

I honestly think Hunt's kicking is pretty crap all by itself. He would have missed the field goal if he was the only person in the stadium.

It's a funny season so far, get the feeling both sides could get swallowed up by the end of the year by sides with slow start, hope I'm wrong though.
