lol how does an international game thread turn into an Origin bag fest

Insecure kiwis and poms playing a big part no doubt

His comment isn't far off the mark, I live in WA and most people over here don't even know when Origin is on. There was however some interest this week for this game over here as it was Australia playing, not 2 states that people from WA don't care about.

Well that's a scientific study.

I'm sure the TV ratings will back it up

Origin last yr avg over 110k per game in Perth, tests are lucky to push 25k. Pretty obvious which format gets more traction outside nsw and qld.

more bad loser Aussies

Huh? Clueless doesnt even begin to describe you

I applaud the kiwis for their win. They were fantastic

Still has nothing to do with SOO and the pathetic way some kiwis and poms have brought it up for some unknown, pathetic, insecure, geniused reason

Love how the poms have come out of the woodwork. So similar to the cricket section when the Aussies lose.

Dominant display by the kiwis.

I think we are in for a few years at least of the kiwis winning over Australia. They already have a stronger side than us in many areas, and the aussie team is only going to get weaker in the next couple years as Smith, Slater and Cronk hang up the boots.

To be fair this thread has been full of Aussie posters making references to Origin, useless Queensland players, City-Country game etc.

Sheens has got to go, the combination of Chambers and Dugan was suicide.

I am a Brisbane fan admittedly but Justin Hodges should of absolutely been in that side, he's a grub, he's a merkin, he's everything you hate to see in a player but he's one of the best centres in the world and has been for a very long time, when fit of course.

Chambers was solid without being great, Dugan had no idea on the wing against Manu, an experienced centre would of made it easier for him I feel.

Those saying NZ beat NSW/QLD combined, that may be true but you put Slater and Hodges into that side and it's a different prospect, I am not saying it's a different result but it wouldn't of been a stroll in the park at the very least.

Slater was injured... But all week we have to put up with this "How great is it when Slater is ruled out you move Inglis to fullback"... garbage as if Australia are invincible.

Hodges was dropped... So he wasn't considered good enough...

But you wanna play what if's... What if Jason Taumalolo was fit and took his place in that kiwi pack?? Now that's a scary prospect IMO...

just finished watching the game, Hiku and Vatuvai were sensational on the Kiwis left as were SKD and Nightingale on the right. The Kiwi forwards worked extremely hard.
Thurston was shutdown completely.
I thought Chambers actually went ok which surprised me.

Ingli$ brought his club form, he just wasn't interested and was nothing short of useless

Just what that team needed another two players in their 30s!!! Also,

Isn't NSW/QLD Australia???
