Not only that but look how the NRL bent over backwards to allow Watmough's retirement....and who owns the Titans, which so conveniently took Peats off their hands at a day's notice?

When the next team cheats the cap next year or the year after they'll wonder why.

8 years between Bullfilth and Storm. Six between Storm and Eela.

Next big breach will be 4 years time. Who gets done?

Conmon sense is frowned on in here mate. ;-)

Thing is,for short term survival mode,I'm not sure that Parra will be the last victim of the salary cap breach.

It's like watching fur seals during feeding season. You just know one is going to slip up...and dare I say it...with the Sharks eagerly waiting.

That pass to Keary was beautiful. Bad luck Eels, couldn't of happened to a better fan base. Great kick to seal it by Reynolds. Just wonderful

You take Rhyno's insane drivel to be indicative of us all?

We went out to the stadium, stood and applauded Peats for a minute and screamed until we were hoarse.

Our idiot board members cheated, but the real Eels fans were there ton8ght, supporting our club through a tough period.

Semis knee to the head try would've been a try an 8 point try on another night. That was crucial in the end with it being a 2 point game.

Had Semi stayed down and acted out, he would've got the 8 point try as the bunker would've been under pressure. But then Semi would've had to do the concussion test that all the dazed looking players DIDN'T do tonight.

Parra were never going to win 12 from their past 15, especially with Foran (understandably) not at 100%. Should have won tonight and that will be their season.

People really thought they were going to win 12 of 15? Besides Eels fans and fairytale lovers?

That would have never ever been an 8 point try lol

Had Semi played dead I think it would've. It was talked about as well.

I'm happy Souths won but in this game where the rules are easy but inconsistent, you should never doubt it.

He did stay down which was fair enough he took a knock to the head all be it accidentally.

Should of had to take the concussion test as should anyone who stays down after a head knock.

Pretty much the definition of an 8 point try. Leading with the knees, got him in the head....one of the more clear cut. Wouldn't have mattered, for once we were just out of gas at the death. But if that's not an 8 point try then we won't see one again
