It wasn't as cynical in the past. Just like when defending centres blatantly take out the chasers so the winger gets an easy go at catching the bomb. It's ugly and against the spirit of the games.

Forward passes need to be policed better also.

Blockers and forward passes is what separates this sport from NFL. Allowing is against the spirit of the game.
