Its only the last couple of years Storm have shown any interest in local development. And within a short space of time they have now got HM, SG, Flegg and seeing Vic jnrs coming through.
perth will be set up for this from day1, not waiting 25 years to start it. There already more WA players in NSW and Qlnd cup than Vic ones, without a club.

hah, of course there is. We will have a 5-6 year lead in by sound of it. That's plenty of time to get all the grades set up in Perth. Add in a partner on the East coast with established systems, any partner, and bingo.

Reality is yr1-5 first team squad will be existing NRL and SL pros. ala Dolphins.

What makes you think the players from the NRLWA will become as game hardened and skilled as those from the NSWRL and QRL?

The standard of the junior competitions in NSW and Queensland are lightyears ahead of WA.

Remember what happened when the Reds/Pirates entered a team in the SG Ball?

Experienced coaches you have Macguire, Holbrook, Griffin, Brad Arthur if he gets punted from Parra, Demetriou.. Inexperienced coaches you got Josh Hannay, Jason Ryles although he's probably waiting for Bellamy to retire, Maybe Peter Wallace...

Didn't say they were top line but there are always options...

Perth needs to be a top four team to carve out a niche in a parochial AwFuL market. They need Bellamy or Bennett.

I know a lot of people who moved here and havn't gone back. But working on the local pathways is crucial to have a many locals as possible come into firsts.

What I said was none of these expansion areas can rule out anyone yet. Certainly not on the grounds of just reserve grade because there are some gems out there and will be needed to make the new teams a success

Now the Ukrainians will be receiving far more damaging weapons part of the 61Bn new deal, and you can see now more drone attacks such as Sevastopol, Novosibirsk(spelling) Russian coast and refineries of late.
The Yanks do not want a direct conflict with Russia but seem to be doing their level best to start one.
