I've never said that...
I have said you're stupid for not believing that NRL can prosper there, or that we can benefit from having a team there... as much as we have with the Cowboys and their region, i do remember a time when folks thought having a cowboys team was useless as elbow skin

Most of the half decent shops were just burnt to the ground..

Money Fed's provide exceeds anything any other new club can generate. NRL has to take it for as long as it's on offer..

The cost to run a team like this and the effect on the overall brand coupled with the fact it'll be abandoned after 15 years.. I think you'll find 600 million doesn't go far.
After 15 years in any other location, the returns have started and are multiplying...

Nobody said the 60 million goes straight into the NRL's pocket either..
Likely an overall package.
PNG will cost 30 to 40 million pr year to stay afloat, 20 million into grass roots , pathways and infrastructure.
The NRL Likely just break even..

This is no cash cow.

U know the history of Canadian football league?! Brought in a number American teams who all payed big entry fee. All those teams have folded (well most successful one relocated to Canada) but money gave CFL a cash injection which saw it out of financial trouble.

Fed's foot bill for everything you cite. NRL takes money until it's no longer offered ..

No cash yet, as with all the new market expansion it is building it for the future.

Correct but we can use the pathways provided to venture into the other states we aren't yet in, Perth has to be the major one

So you have examples of a player or offical being injured or killed then?
Look at the odds.. atm note worthy NRL level players and officials in PNG are around 30 to 40 spend 1 day there.

If PNG had a team that is multiplied by 12 ... the odds of something bad happening are extraordinarily increased .
But never mind about that, what players are you going to get? Who? Name 1 current star that will fly at distance EVERY WEEK! EVERY SECOND WEEK TO PNG!
You will pay DOUBLE- DOUBLE! For players past there best and get none of the top players no matter the price.

Bottom of the table EVERY year!

No- one has been injured or killed in the handful of lower tier rep games played there.

Oh OK then it's all good to go.

Really? You think that's some sort of amazing retort?
