Agar wont get out for a while, and Haddin is due to deliver
The rest of the tail can scrap together 60-70 runs no dramas at all

Australia to win this just before or just after tea on the 5th day

Big chance, all of your batsman are handy until #11.
I can only see Haddin disappointing everyone like always but the others have the backbone to get you home if they're good enough.

Its about 60-40 to England imo.

60/40 ?!

You're having a laugh.

I'd give us about a 5% chance.

Usual story for the Aussies, batting just not good enough. Take out Agar's innings and we've been totally thumped. And that's with the bowlers doing pretty well.

It's frustrating. With our bowling line up all we need is two quality bats that regularly score hundreds and we'd be a quality side. But as it is unless Clarke scores runs we've got nothing.

Take out Ian Bells innings and we'd be in the drivers seat.

You mean like your own unwavering acceptance of the referee's decision?

I was referring to copping the non-walk on the chin. Feel free to complain about Dar's decision till the cows come home, it was an absolute shocker.

I much prefer to see Haddin batting against seamers with the new ball versus him facing Swann with the old ball.

The game changed when we took the second new ball. The old ball was reversing and hard to get off the square. Once we took the second new ball, it was a lot easier for Bell, Prior and Broad who picked up a lot of momentum.

I doubt Cook will make that mistake. Could see him strangling our tail.

There's been some poor decisions by Australia this test.

I agree with this and said so at the time, Clarke should have waited at least 4 or 5 overs with the old ball. he took it straight away and Prior got away to a bit of a flyer.

Agreed

I made the comment earlier that it seems easier to bat on this pitch with the new ball as it comes nicely onto the bat, once the ball gets old it dies and makes it much harder to play shots.

Stuart Clarke was saying on Foxsports that Rogers' dismissal was because of this, the ball was old and coming off the deck very slowly, he tried to turn it behind square but lollipoped it up.

I'll be happy to see them take the new ball

They are not going to fly Warner to South Africa then back to England and pick him in a test team with no practice.

It'll either be Cowan or Khawaja.
