Apparently we could jump to no2 in the test rankings if we win both tests. Just in time for India to refuse playing a test match in NZ.
2 seems bloody high but with the win over Pakistan it's hard to argue with - I'm still over the moon about that.

Have to make sure they get the job done here... weather could I expect be an issue

I think we're sitting about right at 4, but I won't argue with a bump up the rankings. Would make us the Joseph Parker of world cricket though

Agree, guess I'd say 1. India 2 RSA then perhaps us. But the Pakistan win was a once or so in a lifetime thing

Never seen an Ump tell the batsman where they can and can't stand, is it a new rule or something???

He's strange for sure. He takes a while to get into his work and is big average if he tries to bowl normally
He just seems to continually bowl short and gets the batsman to strangle themselves time after time again. I suppose it keeps working for him but you have to wonder about the mentality of batsman these days.
