Wouldn't mind seeing a spinner come on in the next 6-8 overs. Give Copeland three or four more, bring on Watson to replace, and then maybe four overs after that bring on Lyon to replace Johnson.

That was a great catch but also a quality first ball. Drift, turn and bounce the bread and butter of a quality off spinner. Hopefully this bloke is the goods.

At least if Watson/Harris comes on they might be able to buy a wicket when they go after Lyon. The spin is there and he is getting good flight and drift, so it's an option.

This is why I like Clarke captain because he has already identified the problem, maybe reads LU in between balls, and straight away a tighter bowler is on to partner Lyon.

Punter would have waited a few overs then probably replaced both and Lyon wouldn't bowl for a long, long time.
