I would like all the number fonts to be the same... ala the Premier League and AFL, looks classy
Paul Osbourne has stated that he wanted parra to go back to their old emblem and 80's jersey which wont happen next year but should be good to go by 2011.
You mean the early-80s jersey - all blue with the band around the middle right??
Or do you mean the 1986 design with blue on top, gold on bottom, and bands around the middle?
That "one colour on top, one colour on bottom, bands in the middle" was rather fashionable in the late 1980s / early 1990s.. Parra, Brisbane, Nescastle, and Penrith all had variations on that idea.
Nowadays it's side-panels - it took me a while to get used to souths having those white or black side-panels on the jersey.. whats with all the teams having these nowadays!?!
Very interested to see how the Bulldogs jersey looks in 2010... hoping they return to the square Vee, even if it's just a retro/heritage edition. Butcher stripes are cool n all, but srsly...
Please, no butcher stripes.
AFL number fonts look classy? That's a joke, right? They look like something done by 5th graders.
The Storm's design is good but the sponsors make it look tacky. But whaddaya gonna do?

Would be awesome to see them go back to an 80's style jersey. The only club to ever wear a V and have a distinctive look about it other than maybe the Balmain alternate in 97
and the Tigers to go back to their wests and balmain strips (one home and one away)
Panthers unveil new alternate jersey
The Panthers have today unveiled the most advanced and technical jersey in the history of the club.
The new alternate jersey is predominantly teal featuring a revolutionary new design that is the result of months of research and development. The new alternate jersey weighs less than half of the one it replaces and features grip technology, radical ventilation ports and mini-collar.
The jersey was designed with performance in mind followed and becomes the most technically advanced Panthers jersey ever produced.
