This year has been great for crowds. Do you think it has to do with increased memberships and people with memberships or season tickets feeling that they should turn up more often as they are now members instead of casual fans?

If Souths Dogs got 30k a month ago, I can't see how Parra Dogs won't push 40k, especially with both sides coming off two wins.

Easter Monday, that's why. Don't think this will break through 40k at all. More like mid to late 20s.. possibly 30k. Both sides are coming off two wins, yes, but are hardly top of the ladder. If that was the case, 40k wouldn't be out of the question

What's the record crowd to this game in a regular season fixture? Last year got 30k, but 10k free tickets were given to Westmead staff

And were all 10k tickets actually used? Unlikely. There is a much increased interest for both of these clubs including their increased member bases, BOTH of which obtain entry to this match as part of a reciprocal deal.

I think anything less than 30k will be a disappointment and anything less than 35k will be average.

Fantastic semi final type of atmosphere at the SFS today, was great to see.Tomorrow night should be at least 15k at Brookie?

Dogs Eels I reckon will be somewhere between 30 and 35.

Dogs v Parra got 30k as a Saturday 5.30pm fare last year when the Eels couldn't beat time with a stick.

Friday night will get 35-40k.

The way Manly are playing they should get 16k tonight. Weather forecast looks good and it is a public holiday so people won't be rushing home from work to Manly by 7pm.

I doubt it.

The three times these sides have faced off at Brookvale (at least one of them a Monday night from memory) - 16,887 - 14,755 - 14,165.

Anything less than 12k would probably be a major disappointment, especially on a Public Holiday.

I have to convince the wife to go. Though at only $20 behind the posts to enjoy the atmosphere, I am sure she won't mind. She loved the Broncos game, this can only be better.

you've got that right :shock::shock:
-I've already had my say on the parra crowd.
-Brissy surely won't have more than 31k at the rate they're travelling

..but the rest are entirely possible

------

btw, what's the highest average for a regular season round? (not including opening rounds)
